MTN/1107C Industrial Acceleration Sensor | 100 mV/g | 2Hz-10kHz
Dual Engineering Audit (FAQ)
The sensitivity of the MTN/1107C remains within +/-10% across the operating range of -55°C to +140°C, thanks to the integrated thermal compensation in the isolated AC output circuit. The stainless steel housing and reinforced ETFE cable minimize harmonic expansion, maintaining the stability of the sensitivity parameter even in harsh industrial environments. The sensor's electromagnetic telemetry is optimized by a 2Hz to 10kHz frequency filter, preventing distortions caused by transverse vibrations or external interference.
The MTN/1107C's base isolation, combined with an 18kHz base resonance, significantly reduces reactive inertia in high-acceleration systems. This enables accurate dynamic response even in high-speed machines such as fans or cutting tools. The high sensitivity cross-section (<5%) and 0.1mg electrical noise isolation ensure radial concentric measurement in critical applications, such as vibration analysis in paper mills or pumping systems.
