The F23iS, F3iS and F4iS from the ATESTEO brand are high-capacity rotary torque sensors Designed for rugged, high dynamic load applications. They feature bearingless strain gauge technology and a Stator with integrated evaluation unit and plug-in connector, simplifying assembly and installation.

They offer a wide range Configurable nominal torque range from 20,000 to 120,000 Nm, with dual range option to adapt to different test phases. The signal is transmitted via infrared (IR), providing maximum immunity to electromagnetic interference. In addition, this transducer features a integrated inductive speed sensor, reducing the need for external components.

With a standard accuracy of ≤ ±0.1 %These models stand out for their robustness and reliability in demanding environments such as hardness tests, roller benches or heavy-duty tests. The diameter of the clamping circle ranges from Ø 249 and 369 mm, and are equipped with versatile outputs: frequency, voltage, current, CAN and alarm.
