The F2eS series sets the standard for mechanical integration in heavy-duty cycle dynamometer applications and massive traction inverter test benches. The rotor design utilizes a 196.0 mm PCD flange mounting pattern, ensuring drift-free, concentric power transfer. This robust machined structure withstands extreme torsional loads of up to 20,000 Nm while containing its structural reactive mass (initial inertia parameterized at 0.0788 kg·m²). This volume-to-inertia ratio ensures a gross torsional stiffness of 13,050 kNm/rad, allowing it to absorb intermittent fatigue stresses at 500% of the rated load and suppress harmonic peaks at continuous speeds of 6,500 RPM.

Unlike analog magnetic bridges, the unit's biometrics utilizes superior bandwidth through native Optical Telemetry. This light acquisition functionally isolates the metrological circuit from the extreme magnetic contamination generated by dV/dt converters, achieving strict EMI immunity and delivering unaffected Class 0.05% evaluations in noisy environments. It features a pure RS422 frequency output (60 kHz) and CAN 2B buses.
