PT100 PT1000 RTD Replicator with galvanic isolation PTi-1000
Having trouble duplicating a PT100 or PT1000 signal? Attempting to split a sensor signal using direct taps or jumpers often leads to instability, reading errors due to impedance loading, and risks of dough loops.
He ITAIA PTi-1000 RTD replicator generates independent real resistances at each output, allowing a single sensor to simultaneously feed a PLC, a SCADA and a recorder with complete galvanic independence and without altering the original signal.
Its design is particularly suitable for pulsed or multiplexed measurement systems, where many standard isolators do not maintain a stable reading against the excitation current of the PLC or acquisition system.
Technological advantages for engineering
- High precision: Typical error of 0.02 % (≈0.05 °C), suitable for critical processes.
- Complete galvanic isolation: Separation between input, outputs and power supply for maximum noise immunity.
- Sensor versatility: Compatible with PT100, PT500, PT1000, Ni100, KTYxx and resistive signals.
- Security in classified areas: Available in certified versions ATEX / IECEx (Ex ia).
Available in versions DH, SH, XD and XS, with resistive output configurations, analog signals 4-20 mA / 0-10 V and display option OLED for local monitoring.
Thanks to your 16-bit resolution, high EMC immunity and compatibility with connections of 2, 3 and 4 threads, The PTi-1000 is a reliable solution for industrial applications where it is required to distribute an RTD signal without loss of accuracy.
