Compartiendo la arquitectura mec\u00e1nica reforzada de los modelos pasivos an\u00e1logos \u2014un cuerpo roscado M30x1.5 para el SM31, y un chasis robusto de 25x25 mm para el SM33\u2014 integran en su placa interior un <strong>microcontrolador con conversi\u00f3n A\/D y D\/A de 16 bits<\/strong>. Esta digitalizaci\u00f3n permite que el transductor filtre y corrija desviaciones no lineales usando matrices alojadas en su memoria EEPROM interna, obteniendo una linealidad extraordinaria del 0.2% (calibrable en planta al 0.1%).<\/p>\n<p>Dirigidas a las ingenier\u00edas de integraci\u00f3n y matricer\u00eda, ambas series destacan por su funci\u00f3n \"Teach-in\". El t\u00e9cnico puede escalar in situ la carrera de medici\u00f3n mediante hardware simplemente puenteando pines l\u00f3gicos (ANF y END) contra la tensi\u00f3n de excitaci\u00f3n (+UB). Esta caracter\u00edstica permite reconfigurar en menos de 5 segundos el inicio y fondo de escala del bucle anal\u00f3gico 4-20mA o \u00b110V. Soportando frecuencias de 700 Hz, estos <a href=\"\/sensores\/posicion-lineal\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">sensores de posici\u00f3n lineal<\/a> son definitivos en la verificaci\u00f3n dimensional sin desgaste, agilizando dr\u00e1sticamente la puesta en marcha coordinada con tarjetas PLC de entrada r\u00e1pida.<\/p>\n<div class=\"guemisa-faq-section\" style=\"margin-top: 30px;margin-bottom: 30px\">\n<h3 style=\"color: #003366\">Preguntas t\u00e9cnicas frecuentes<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: none;padding-left: 0\">\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 15px\"><strong>\u00bfSe requiere una interfaz de programaci\u00f3n o un cable especial para adaptar el rango de salida de 4-20mA en planta?<\/strong><br \/>\nCateg\u00f3ricamente no. Para la cota final se repite el proceso an\u00e1logamente con la toma \"END\".<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u00bfExisten divergencias algor\u00edtmicas o constructivas entre las familias SM31 y SM33?<\/strong><br \/>\nAmbas series portan id\u00e9ntico chipset A\/D de 16 bits transductor de EEPROM. La variaci\u00f3n recae exclusivamente sobre la envolvente electromec\u00e1nica: mientras el SM31 es cil\u00edndrico en m\u00e9trica M30x1.5 (IP67), el SM33 es una pastilla de aluminio rectangular
