A diferencia de su equivalente de titanio (TiS), esta iteraci\u00f3n de 100 Nm est\u00e1 forjada \u00edntegramente en Acero Industrial Denso. La decisi\u00f3n metal\u00fargica de volver al acero no disminuye sus especificaciones m\u00e9tricas, sino que se alinea estrat\u00e9gicamente para aquellas mesas de ensayo que requieren una masa estabilizadora para apaciguar componentes en rotaci\u00f3n que exhiben picos err\u00e1ticos de gui\u00f1ada. Su Brida PCD isom\u00e9trica de 101.5 mm asume ahora una inercia volum\u00e9trica de 0.00350 kg\u00b7m\u00b2; es una masa robusta, deliberadamente calculada para imponer resistencia estructural, evitando que el sensor absorba flexiones parasitarias cuando el electromotor bajo test entra en resonancia.<\/p>\n<p>Al igual que toda la generaci\u00f3n \"iS\", su arquitectura interna prescinde de cableado pasante o telemetr\u00eda de luz, optando por emplear antenas de transmisi\u00f3n electromagn\u00e9tica estator-rotor puras. Aunque su naturaleza maciza evoca maquinaria naval, es plenamente capaz de operar a reg\u00edmenes giratorios de 15.000 RPM continuas y encajar configuraciones de simulaci\u00f3n bal\u00edstica a 25.000 RPM sin mermar su blindaje del \u2264\u00b10.05% de Clase Anal\u00edtica. Su campo galv\u00e1nico lo convierte en un equipo infalible en salas de prueba convencionales de ensamblaje (EOL).
