Su cuerpo central deposita las fuerzas inerciales de ensayo sobre un n\u00facleo rot\u00f3rico mecanizado de 450 mm de di\u00e1metro exterior, fijado mediante una Brida PCD de anclaje de 400.0 mm provista de m\u00e9trica de tracci\u00f3n 16 * M30. Este cimiento de acero confiere una enorme masa reactiva inercial de 2.4909 kg\u00b7m\u00b2, aportando la estabilidad obligatoria que impide el colapso por flexi\u00f3n o fatiga durante operaciones metrol\u00f3gicas sobre maquinaria de extremo tonelaje.<\/p>\n<p>Dada la envergadura de los testbeds que requieren medir 150 kNm a 7.000 RPM, los motores y bancos propulsores irradian perturbaciones electromagn\u00e9ticas (EMI) devastadoras para la electr\u00f3nica est\u00e1ndar. El F5eS soluciona el colapso de se\u00f1al equipando un m\u00f3dulo de Telemetr\u00eda \u00d3ptica lum\u00ednica sin conductividad met\u00e1lica. Al transferir las deformaciones torsionales a 80 kHz mediante luz, erradica cualquier vulnerabilidad frente al ruido dV\/dt de inversores de tracci\u00f3n. As\u00ed, preserva una escrupulosa Clase de Precisi\u00f3n \u2264\u00b10.10% ajena a los entornos hiper-magnetizados.
