A diferencia de los LVDT cl\u00e1sicos de transformador diferencial, el SM42 basa su lectura en un principio f\u00edsico avanzado de <strong>distribuci\u00f3n de inductancia parcial de bobina<\/strong> (\"Partiellen Induktivit\u00e4tsverteilung\"). Este salto tecnol\u00f3gico permite que su electr\u00f3nica integrada procese de forma anal\u00f3gica rangos mec\u00e1nicos enormes \u2014desde los 80 mm hasta incre\u00edbles <strong>360 mm \u00fatiles<\/strong>\u2014 sin necesidad de sobredimensionar la longitud muerta del chasis inoxidable de 25 mm de di\u00e1metro.<\/p>\n<p>Pensado para el monitoreo de compuertas hidr\u00e1ulicas, cilindros de laminaci\u00f3n y expansiones t\u00e9rmicas de tuber\u00edas, el SM42 entrega la se\u00f1al acondicionada directamente en el pie de m\u00e1quina. Dispone de perfiles de <strong>corriente (4-20 mA) o voltaje doble (\u00b110 V)<\/strong>, lo que anula la atenuaci\u00f3n de se\u00f1al en tendidos largos hacia el PLC. A efectos pr\u00e1cticos para el integrador, esto significa que el SM42 puede leer carreras f\u00edsicas mucho m\u00e1s largas (hasta 360 mm) manteniendo una excelente linealidad del 0.25%, algo inalcanzable con un puente LVDT com\u00fan.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Para una instalaci\u00f3n donde existan tirones mec\u00e1nicos laterales, \u00bfpuedo asegurar el v\u00e1stago del LVDT?<\/strong><br \/>\nS\u00ed.
