A diferencia del juicio subjetivo del evaluador tradicional, este conjunto de hardware dota al ingeniero de par\u00e1metros incontestables al medir en tres ejes (X-Y-Z) la fuerza de actuaci\u00f3n (\u00b1200 N estandarizados) y los mil\u00edmetros exactos de recorrido (\u00b1125 mm) directamente sobre la palanca o la propia caja de cambios durante los eventos din\u00e1micos. Su capacidad de despliegue ultrarr\u00e1pido con sensores de baja inducci\u00f3n de fricci\u00f3n garantiza que el equipo de medida no contamine el tacto real de la sincronizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>La arquitectura receptora procesa los pulsos a una asombrosa frecuencia de muestreo de <strong>400 kHz<\/strong>, fraccionada transversalmente sobre 8 canales anal\u00f3gicos que pueden escalar en matrices diferenciales y sumar se\u00f1ales CAN, temperatura e incluso coordenadas de posicionamiento GPS (OpenStreetMap\u00ae). Sus algoritmos a bordo separan autom\u00e1ticamente las fases del empuje, definiendo par\u00e1metros complejos como el impulso residual, la velocidad del cerrojo y las energ\u00edas disipadas. Con este nivel de detalle, el GSA es actualmente la navaja suiza para auditor\u00edas End-of-Line (EOL), comparativas de dise\u00f1os y bancos de fatiga.
