Sustituyendo temporalmente al aro de direcci\u00f3n original del veh\u00edculo de pruebas, esta matriz capturadora audita de manera simult\u00e1nea tanto la fuerza aplicada por el piloto sobre el eje de la columna como el \u00e1ngulo de gui\u00f1ada, ofreciendo escalones de rango nominal programados de 50, 100, 200 hasta 400 Nm. Esto permite testear desde veh\u00edculos utilitarios superligeros provistos de EPS moderno hasta maquinaria agr\u00edcola o industrial ultra-pesada sin multiplicar el hardware embarcado.<\/p>\n<p>A nivel de conversi\u00f3n electr\u00f3nica, el sistema emite tramas simult\u00e1neas en formatos industriales anal\u00f3gicos (\u00b110V a 16 Bits de resoluci\u00f3n), Frecuencia (TTL) o CAN Bus. Independientemente de la interfaz o la temperatura operativa fluctuante en cabina (-10...70 \u00b0C), el puente principal mantiene bajo control la desviaci\u00f3n estipulada con una as\u00e9ptica Clase de Precisi\u00f3n de \u2264\u00b10.10%. Esto lo capacita no solo para tests gen\u00e9ricos, sino para homologaciones estrictas de sistemas de retenci\u00f3n, servodirecciones aut\u00f3nomas ADAS y an\u00e1lisis de confort NVH (Noise, Vibration, Harshness).
